The academic year runs from the first week of Baisakh in mid-April to the second week of March in the following year, which is the first week of Chaitra. Three terms make up the academic session, and the terminal examination is held at the end of each term. Twenty percent of the marks come from unit tests, and eighty percent come from the terminal exams. The average marks received over the course of the three terms are used to prepare the final result. A transfer certificate (TC) is given to students who fail the same class for two years in a row and are asked to leave the school.
The school calendar includes explicit information about holidays, important events and activities, and exam schedules. Parents must adhere to the timetable religiously. If there are any alterations to the schedule as a result of any circumstances, they will also be informed in writing.
