FINANCIAL REGULATIONS​

We follow a strict set of guidelines to maintain transparency and integrity while navigating the financial landscape, which is crucial. Our financial procedures are built upon these principles, which promote accountability and trust in each and every transaction.

Tuition and boarding [accommodation] fees will be charged for twelve months.
The charge for transportation will be made according to the distance and is payable for eleven months.
The charge for food will be on a monthly basis.
There will be no rebate on food if the school hostel is closed for less than fifteen days.
There is a separate charge for books and stationery.
Bills are to be cleared before the 15th of each month, after which a surcharge of 5% will be added.
If the account falls into arrears for more than two months, the student’s security deposit will be forfeited, and their names will be struck off the rolls.
The right to accept or reject readmission will rest solely with the principal.
A student failing to clear his or her arrears before each examination will be debarred from appearing in the exam.
Details of fees will be available in the Account section before the commencement of each academic session.

Security Deposit

Students who successfully complete the SEE or who vacate the school at the conclusion of the term will receive a refund of their security deposit, given that all outstanding fees have been settled. In the event that parents do not receive a refund within six months of the date of departure from the school, the deposit will be deposited into the School Development Fund.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Parents/ guardians can pay the school fees in cash at the school fee counter .

ADMISSION

Request for admission as day scholars or boarder of boys and girls who have completed the age of four should be made before the beginning of the session. Parents are to fill in the Admission Form available at the Accounts Section within a certain period of time and students are requested to appear for Admission Test as scheduled by the school in which children will be examined and granted admission on merit basis. Priority will be given to children who have attended English Medium Schools. Those seeking admission Must submit the necessary Transfer and clearance Certificate along with the Admission Form.
